Mean Street Guitars is located in Pensacola, Florida…established 1999.

I absolutely love building and painting guitars and I’m always striving to be different. I’ve always agreed with this statement, “If you don’t want people to copy you…just create something others can’t do.”

I’ve been chasing this dream for as long as I can remember and I’ve been influenced by some of the most amazing guitars from some of the absolute legends this world has to offer!

Just for the record…Mean Street Guitars is not affiliated with any other guitar companies, etc.

I am just one person working in my backyard shop!

As much as I try to go in a different artistic direction with my guitars and graphics, it is

seemingly impossible for me to not be influenced by Eddie Van Halen and his iconic guitars.

After all, he's one of the main reasons I started playing guitar in the first place...

and of course painting and building guitars for the last 24 years.

As I've always said, "My Dad taught me how to play the guitar...Eddie Van Halen taught me why"

My future builds and paint jobs might be without some of the EVH stripes, but his influence will always be the driving force!

FYI: If you are buying a used Mean Street guitar and want to make sure it's  one of mine. Most of my custom guitars have the Mean Street logo neck plate, the real early models didn't. If you want to make sure I painted it...my signature, along with other info, is under the neck plate or inside the control or tremolo cavity. If you have any doubts, just contact me with pics, etc. and I'll let you know for sure.

USA guitars ship FedEx or UPS for $95 and are insured for their purchased price at no additional cost.

Warranty

There is a two week return period on new guitars and your two weeks starts when the guitar is received by you, not when it's shipped. Two weeks is plenty of time to check out a guitar. The guitar must be returned in new condition and there is a 10% charge for returns.
Shipping charges are not refundable and they are for the "actual" shipping amount if returned. 
All used guitars are sold as-is.
Any problems with custom painted guitars will be addressed as needed.

**FYI, if you send me your guitar for paint work, etc., and you decide you don’t want to pay for the agreed upon price and you don’t want to work out a payment plan or return emails, etc. After 12 months that guitar becomes the property of Mean Street Guitars, Inc. (Can’t believe I actually had to add this to the site)
